Bihar Election 2025: Phase 2 surpasses phase 1 voting record at 68.88%, did SIR boost voter turnout?

In the Bihar assembly elections, the final phase saw a voter turnout of 68.65%, the highest ever. The NDA is counting on governance to counter anti-incumbency, while the opposition hopes for an incumbency advantage.
